This means your instructors are subject to daily evaluations from students and are always available to support clients after the class has been taken. All our trainers are certified professionals with industry experience teaching cutting edge techniques in all Adobe software. Certified Technical TrainersOur trainers must demonstrate a thorough knowledge and ability to train adults in technical and software subjects. Each trainer must pass an intensive written exam on training techniques and concepts based on the Instructor competencies manual of the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance, and Instruction. A panel of judges evaluates each trainers ability to teach while watching them in a classroom setting. If candidates successfully complete both parts of the certification process, they become Certified Technical Trainers (CTT).
